Getting to Know the Glutes

We may lose the strong function of our gluteus muscles as we age.  This 20 minutes lesson involves a number of positions, lying on your back, front, kneeling and standing to explore activation of these important muscles and differences in how we use our two sides.  Move at your own pace and feel free to explore this lesson in segments.  Activation of the gluteus muscles supports upright posture and powerful and easy walking. Strong glutes also help us maintain balance.
