Find Your Footing - CD Audio Series

How to Approach these Lessons to Maximize Benefit

Use minimum effort, within your comfort zone, as you explore each movement option.  Move through the series at your own pace, repeating each lesson many times.  Before proceeding with the faster-paced, more dynamic lessons, consider listening to the entire lesson first, and visualizing or doing it in your imagination.  Then please, assess your ability and have a care partner or friend nearby if you have any concern for your balance and safety.

Depending on your activity level and personal situation, seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have existing medical or health conditions.

This program is not intended to provide medical advice or make medical diagnoses. Do not delay seeking treatment or disregard medical advice due to information in this program.  Please stop the lesson if you feel light-headed, dizzy, faint or ill, or if you experience any pain or unusual discomfort.  Consult a health practitioner if needed.  You are responsible for moving within your limits and seeking medical attention and advice as appropriate.
The creator of this program is not responsible for injuries experienced by participants.  By continuing with this program you are accepting that you have read, understood and agree to follow these basic instructions, as well as the instructions and guidelines on the audio recordings and that you are participating at your own risk.
Thank you and I hope you enjoy and benefit from these movement lessons!
